SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Reece Hernandez had three RBIs and Jackson Forbes hit two doubles with an RBI to lead San José State (26-23, 15-12 Mountain West) in a 10-9 loss against Santa Clara (24-22, 11-13 WCC) Tuesday night at Schott Stadium.
- Hernandez went 2-for-5 and has six RBIs in his last three games
- Charles McAdoo hit a pinch hit sac fly and has a team leading 46 RBIs on the season
- Danny Zimmerman hit an RBI single
- Hunter Dorraugh had two RBIs and has 40 on the season
- Matt Spear scored his first run of the season
- Theo Hardy hit a double and scored a run
- RHP Gary Hall had a strikeout when coming in with the bases loaded and two outs in the seventh inning
