CLOVIS, Calif. - Emilia Sjostrand set a San José State track and field program record in the women's triple jump on Saturday afternoon at the Fresno State Invitational, jumping 13.19m (43' 3.25") to win the individual event, move into 25th in the national rankings and qualify for the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

WOMEN
- Daryia Greene (55.23) and Sydney Bentley (55.26) finished third and fourth respectively in the women's 400m event and Kaiya Johnson finished seventh in a personal-record time of 55.76
- Gabby Spencer earned second overall in the 200m dash in a time of 23.62 and ran a personal-best time of 11.70 to finish eighth in the 100m dash
- Daniela Salazar finished fifth in the 800m run in a lifetime best time of 2:12.17
- Jicel Fernandez ran a lifetime-best in the 1500m run (4:37.25)
MEN
- Christian Rodriguez won the men's 800m event in a season-best time of 1:51.84
- Bryan Quintaro threw 60.66m in the hammer to earn fourth overall
- Michael Chadwick ran a PR in the 800m (1:57.44)
- Jacob Lopez finished 10th in the shot put with a throw of 15.81m
