SAN FRANCISCO - SJSU cross country opens their season Saturday at the 29th Annual USF Invitational Saturday at Hellman Hollow at Golden Gate Park, San Francisco, Calif. The Men's 8K meter run is at 10:00 a.m. while the women's 6K meter run is at 10:45 a.m. The mixed gender 4X200 meter relay ends the meet at 11:30 a.m.
- Juliette Noyer looks to improve upon her best time of 22:03.3 last year Santa Clara Bronco Invitational
- Omar Pina ran a 27:25.6 last season in the USF Invitational
- Christian Moreno ran his best time ever last season in the USF Invitational of 27:37.5
- Nine Spartans in total will be competing including nine freshman
