San Francisco, Calif. - Juliette Noyer ran a time of 23:23.3 in the women's 6k while Kyle Galinis clocked a time of 26:38.3 in the men's 8k to lead the San José State men's and women's cross country teams on Saturday at the USF Invitational.
- Noyer tallied a 60th-place finish, just ahead of her teammate Constance O'Neal who finished in 64th with a time of 23:31.2
- Galinis, a freshman from Newark, Calif earned a 61st-place finish in his first-ever collegiate race
- Michael Chadwick (27:32.9) and Omar Pina (27:53.8) both finished in the top 100 as Chadwick placed 89th and Pina crossed the line in 95th
- The Spartans have a few weeks off before their next meet, the Pacific College Invitational in Lodi, Calif. on September 30th
