SAN JOSE, Calif.—Fifth-year Haylee Nelson continued her run of double-doubles this season, recording her third in four matches to help lead the San José State volleyball team to a 3-1 win over Saint Mary's (25-11, 25-20, 24-26, 25-20) Friday night inside Spartan Gym.

- Nelson hit .548 in the match with a season-high 19 kills on 31 attempts and only two errors. She recorded a season-best 12 digs in the match for her 24 career double-double.
- Amethyst Harper had her second double-double of the season with 10 kills and 12 digs
- Letizia Cammillucci was hot from the serving line with a career-best six service aces. She also had 11 kills and eight digs.
- Sarah Smevog led the defense with 17 digs and added three assists and an ace.
- Mia Schafer contributed 32 assists and seven digs.
- The Spartans hit .291 for the match and recorded nine team blocks, led by Jiana Lawson with five. Yazmin Pitpit added four blocks (one solo, three assists) in the win.
- Blaire Fleming recorded double-digit kills for the second consecutive match with 12 and added three blocks.
