ST. GEORGE, Utah — Herminio Padilla and Angel Iniguez both netted goals to lead San Josè State (7-3-2, 3-0-1 WAC) to a 2-0 win over Utah State (3-9-2, 1-3-2 WAC) on the road.
- The Spartans have not lost since September 8 leaving them undefeated in the last seven matches.
- SJSU has won four straight games, shutting out two of those opponents (Utah and Texas Rio Grand Valley), and only given up two goals total the last four matches.
- The Spartans have won six of their last seven matches.
- Perdilla netted his first goal of the year and Iniguez netted his second goal of the season.
- The Spartans recorded seven shots and three shots on goal.
- Utah Tech recorded zero shots on goal.
- With the win, the Spartans remain in second place in the WAC.
