COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — San José State goalkeeper Bente Pernot has been named the Mountain West Freshman of the Week for her performances against Utah State and Boise State.

- Registered six saves and faced 24 shots over two matches.
- Recorded a shutout against Boise State.
- Received the honor for the second time this season as she was previously named the Mountain West Freshman of the Week on September 26, 2022.
