STOCKTON, Calif. -- The San José State men's golf team will compete in the Stockton Invitational this Thursday through Saturday at the Stockton Golf and Country Club in Stockton, Calif., hosted by Pacific.
- SJSU has a scoring average of 74.07 through its first three events.
- The Spartans come off a third place finish at the Alister MacKenzie Invitational (858 (-6))
- Senior Caleb Shetler leads the Spartans with a stroke average of 70.78 and shot a career best 65 in the second round of the Alister MacKenzie Invitational.
- Freshman Alaric Mercie De Soultrait leads the individuals averaging 73.22 strokes per round and has two rounds at par or better this season.
