LARAMIE, Wyo. - Kiana Miyazato scored in San Josè State's (6-6-5, 5-3-2 Mountain West) 2-1 loss to Wyoming (6-6-5, 5-3-2 Mountain West) on Sunday afternoon.
- The Spartans had 10 shots total and six shots on goal compared to 16 shots total and eight shots on goal for Wyoming.
- Taylor Phillips picked up her team-leading fifth assist of the season on Miyazato's goal.
- Bente Pernot made six saves.
- Miyazato, Cynthia Flores, and Alexus Jackson all had two shots on goal.
- With the loss, the Spartans move into a tie for second in the Mountain West with San Diego State (7-5-6 ,5-3-2 Mountain West) and Wyoming.
UP NEXT: The Spartans are back home against Fresno State (1-13-4, 1-7-2 Mountain West) on Oct. 27 for senior night and the final match of the regular season.
