SAN JOSE, Calif. - The debut of the new San José State Silicon Glow Floor at the Provident Credit Union Event Center will be delayed due to construction issues of the court during the original installment. Those issues are currently being corrected off site and the new court is scheduled to be unveiled in December.
The teams are currently playing on a temporary court supplied by our vendors. Also, SJSU Athletics is excited to unveil the biggest on the wall video scoreboard in the country and a brand new scorer's table among other exciting improvements at the Provident Credit Union Event Center this season.
The SJSU women's basketball team opens their exhibition play on Thursday at 8:00 p.m. against Cal State Monterey Bay and the men's basketball team hosts Cal State Los Angeles in an exhibition at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
