CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Viliami Fehoko has been named to the Sporting News All-America Second Team, announced by the organization on Tuesday.
Fehoko was named the 2022 Mountain West Defensive Player of the Year and leads the Mountain West with 18.5 tackles for loss and is second in the conference with nine sacks. He is the first Spartan to be named to the Sporting News All-America team since Cade Hall in 2020.

- Also has a career-high 65 tackles, two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery and one pass deflection this season.
- Named Mountain West Defensive Player of the Week (10/31/22) and East-West Shrine Defensive Player of the Week (10/17/22).
