USAF ACADEMY, Colo.—Sabrina Ma scored a career-high 22 points, shooting an efficient 8 of 11 from the field and 4 for 5 from three-point range to lead San José State women's basketball (2-16, 0-7 MW) in a 77-70 loss to Air Force (9-10, 4-3 MW) on Monday night.

- Ma eclipsed her previous career high of 13 points which she set twice this season.
- Ma was joined in the 20-point scoring club by Marisa Davis-Jones who produced 20 points. Davis-Jones connected on an impressive 8 of 9 field-goal attempts, knocked down her lone three-point attempt and was 3-4 from the free-throw line. The sophomore forward has scored 20 or more points in three games this season.
- Jasmine Singleton led the Spartans with three steals and Jada Holland also collected a steal as both players extended their streaks. Singleton has recorded at least one steal in 10 straight games and Holland has gotten at least one steal in 16 straight games.
- The Spartans made five 3-pointers on 10 attempts (50%). SJSU has shot better than 43 percent from beyond the three-point arc in three of the last four games and 50 percent or better in two of the last four games.
- As a team, the Spartans had a season-high 27 field goals made.
- 70 points is the most points the Spartans have scored in a conference game this season.
