HONOLULU -
Carolina Millan and Lara Marco Mas won both their singles matches to lead San José State (0-1) in a 4-3 loss at Hawai'i (1-1) in their first dual match of the season from the UH Tennis Complex Thursday evening.

  • Millan won her singles match 6-7 (4-7), 6-2, 7-5, and Marco Mas won 7-6 (7-5), 6-1.
  • On the doubles side, Irena Muradyan and Alba Pedrero Galindo won 7-6 and Marco Mas and Millan won 6-3 to secure a point for the Spartans.  
  • The match lasted four and a half hours. 

UP NEXT: The Spartans continue their dual matches tomorrow starting at 1 p.m. (PT) against the University of Washington at the UH Tennis Complex.
