WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. - Zubair Firdaus, Caleb Shetler and Kotaro Murata each shot a final-round 75 (+3) to lead San Jose State and finish the Southwestern Invite at the North Ranch Country Club.
- Firdaus' total score of 223 (+7) put him in a tie for 28th individually, and he was able to birdie three of his last five holes of the tournament
- Shetler was able to finish in a tie for 42nd after shooting a 228 over the three rounds
- Murata matched Shelter with a total score of 288 to finish in a tie for 43rd
- The team finished the tournament with a combined 41 birdies
UP NEXT: The Spartans will head to Hawai'i to compete in the Amer Ari Invitational hosted by the University of Hawai'i at Hilo at the Hapuna Golf Course on February 8-10.
