Spartans Fall in Dual Match to USF

SAN JOSE, Calif.— Rozalina Youseva won both her singles and doubles matches to lead San José State against USF, but the Spartans fell short 4-2 in the match.

  • The Spartans won the doubles section of the dual, with pair Irena Muradyan and Youseva taking winning 6-0 in the No. 2 match, followed by Jovana Babic and Lara Marco Mas winning the No. 3 match 6-3 to lock up the doubles point
  • That was followed by Jovana Babic and Lara Marco Mas winning the No. 3 match 6-3 to lock up the doubles point
  • Youseva won her singles match over USF's Simran Chhabra 6-4, 6-1
  • The senior is second on the team in singles wins with 11
