  • There were several impressive pitching performances in the series. On Thursday, RHP Nathan Hansen, LHP Jack White and RHP Keaton Chase combined to allow only one run in 5.0 innings. On Saturday, RHP Jonathan Clark tossed 5.0 scoreless innings in relief. On Sunday, RHP Aaron Eden started and pitched a season-high 6.0 innings, allowing only two runs and RHP Darren Jansen finished the game with 3.0 scoreless innings.
  • Charles McAdoo led the Spartans offensively in the series by hitting four doubles. McAdoo is first in the Mountain West with five doubles this season.
  • The Spartans lead the Mountain West in opposing batting average, allowing opponents to hit only .235.
  • Two Spartans rank in the top 10 in the conference in ERA. White is fourth with an ERA of 1.42 and Clark is ninth with an ERA of 1.80.
  • Hunter Dorraugh is fifth in the conference in batting average (.440) and second in slugging percentage (.720).
