HIGHLIGHTS
SAN JOSE, Calif.— Jaida Ward and Cheyenne Rice won both of their matches and led the San José State Beach Volleyball to two dual wins against University of Portland in a doubleheader on Friday at Spartan Beach.
- Ward and Rice were the only pair to play two matches, winning both
- Nayeli Tia and Blaire Fleming won their match in straight sets against the Pilots
- The Spartans are now 4-0 heading into the Southland Mid Season Tournament held March 11-12
