Moore Goes for Career-High 33, Spartans Erase 20-Point Deficit in 63-61 Win

Omari Moore had a career-high 33 points and a huge block at the end to preserve a 63-61 win for San José State (19-12, 10-8 Mountain West) over Air Force (14-17, 5-13 Mountain West) after being down by 20 points in the second half Saturday afternoon at Clune Arena.

The 20-point second half deficit is the most for the Spartans to come back from for a win since joining the Mountain West.

  • Moore ended the game going 14-for-24 from the field with two steals and two blocks
  • It was Moore's 12th 20-point game of the season and ninth in conference play
  • His 1247 career points are good for seventh in SJSU history
  • His 543 points this season are good for ninth best in single-season history
  • Moore's 146 assists this season are good for fifth all-time in single-season history
  • Moore's 88 blocks are good for fourth all-time
  • Ibrahima Diallo has 77 career blocks at SJSU which is good for seventh all-time
