RENO, Nev.
—Charles McAdoo went 2-for-5 and extended his hit streak to 10 games as the San José State baseball team (11-10, 4-3 Mountain West) lost 18-1 to Nevada (12-13, 3-6 Mountain West) on Friday night at Don Weir Field. Hunter Dorraugh and Robert Hamchuk also had two hits as Dorraugh went 2-for-3 with a walk and Hamchuk went 2-for-5.

  • Right-handed pitcher Jonathan Clark tossed 4.1 innings, allowing six runs on five hits while striking out five.
  • Jack Colette, Matt Spear and James Shimashita had hits for the Spartans.
  • Colette swiped his team-leading sixth stolen base of the season.
  • RHP Joey Cammarata pitched a scoreless inning in the seventh.
  • Theo Hardy scored the Spartans' only run of the game, coming home on a wild pitch in the ninth inning.
