SAN JOSE, Calif. – The San José State women's tennis team (7-10, 2-4 MW) plays its final two home matches of the season after three weeks on the road this weekend when they take on New Mexico (10-5, 3-3 MW) on Friday at 2 p.m., followed by a matchup with Air Force (9-8, 5-1 MW) on Saturday at 2 p.m. They will celebrate their seniors Lara Marco Mas, Alba Pedrero Galindo and Raquel Villan Pereira following the match.
- The Spartans are coming off a pair of losses last weekend in Reno where they fell 4-1 to Fresno State and 4-0 to Nevada.
- Irena Muradyan continues to lead the Spartans in singles wins with a 9-4 record in dual matches and a 14-7 overall record.
- Muradyan and Rozalina Youseva are 7-3 in doubles with a 3-2 record in the Mountain West.
- Jovana Babic has won six of her last seven singles matches.
