FORT COLLINS, Colo. – Carolina Millan and Alba Pedrero Galindo were able to sweep their doubles match, but San José State (7-7, 2-1 MW) fell short 4-0 against Colorado State (12-4, 1-2 MW) on Saturday afternoon.
- Millan and Galinda cruised through the No. 1 doubles matchup, winning 6-0, but the Rams were able to capture the other two matches to take the doubles point.
- Jovana Babic and Lara Marco Mas went to a tiebreak in the No. 3 doubles match to clinch the point, but the Rams pulled through with a 7-6 (7-2) win.
- Irena Muradyan was up 2-1 in the third set of the No. 3 singles match before the Rams secured the clinching point.
- Millan and Babic were also both in their respecitve third sets before the match ended.
