FORT COLLINS, Colo. – Irena Muradyan and Carolina Millan earned a pair of singles win on Sunday, but San José State (7-8, 2-2 MW) fell short 4-2 against Wyoming (9-8, 3-0 MW) to close out their trip to Colorado.
- The Cowgirls were able to take the doubles points after wins in the Nos. 2 and 3 matches.
- Millan leveled the match at 1-1 with a 6-4, 6-1 win in the No. 2 singles match to move to 7-4 in dual-match singles on the year.
- After falling in the No. 4 match, Muradyan was able to tie the match back up at 2-2 with a 6-4, 7-5 win in the No. 3 singles match.
UP NEXT: The Spartans will go back on the road on April 7 and 8 when they travel to Reno, Nev. to take on Fresno State on Saturday and Nevada on Sunday.
