TUCSON, Ariz. – The San José State men's golf team will compete in the Mountain West Championships starting on Friday morning. Kristopher Stiles will be the first Spartan off the tee with the team paired with UNLV.
- The Spartans were last in action at the Western Intercollegiate April 10-12 where they placed 10th out of 14 teams.
- Caleb Shetler leads the team in scoring average at 72.38 in 26 rounds played.
- SJSU has compiled five top-five finishes and seven top-10 finishes this season.
- Shetler leads the team with eight rounds in the 60's, followed by Stiles and Zubair Firdaus, each with four.
- The Spartans' lineup will consist of Shetler, Stiles, Firdaus, Carl Corpus and Kotaro Murata
