COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Charles McAdoo of the San José State baseball team has been named the Mountain West Player of the Week, announced by the conference office on Monday. McAdoo, a junior from Antioch, Calif., led the Spartans to three wins during the week including a victory over Santa Clara on Monday and a series win over Nevada on the weekend.
- For the week, McAdoo went 7-for-19 with three doubles, four RBIs, four runs scored, one walk and one stolen base.
- Against Nevada, he hit 6-for-14 and led the Spartans with nine total bases.
- This is McAdoo's second time being named the Mountain West Player of the Week in his career as he previously earned the honor on May 16, 2022.

- 2023 Collegiate Baseball Preseason All-American First Team
- 2022 ABCA/Rawlings West All-Region Second Team

- McAdoo becomes the third Spartan this season to be named the Mountain West Player of the Week, joining Hunter Dorraugh (Feb. 20) and Robert Hamchuk (March 13).
