VALLETTA, Malta - San Josè State swimmer Mya Azzopardi breaks Maltese National Record in the 800-meter freestyle relay at the second day of the Malta 2023 Games of the Small States of Europe on May 31st, 2023.
- The 800-meter Malta relay team of Azzopardi, Francessca Young Falzon, Sasha Gatt, and Sarah Demicoli placed second to earn silver and break the Maltese record.
- Azzopardi recorded a time of 2:07.81 in her leg of the relay.
