SAN JOSE, Calif. – The 2023-24 San José State women's basketball team added six players to their 2023 signing class as head coach April Phillips enters her second season at the helm of the program.
Jyah LoVett, 5-8, G, Fr., San Gabriel, Calif./Bella Vista Prep (Phoenix, Ariz.)
"Jyah is an extremely talented and competitive playmaker who loves to win. She plays with energy, passion and love for the game on both ends of the ball. "Mame has an extremely high upside! She is really athletic, brings us an inside presence and has a really good touch from the perimeter. I'm excited for her to grow with us, and develop over the course of her collegiate career. She's worked really hard to become the player she is, and I look forward to helping her achieve new heights.
