Spartans Wrap up Non-Conference Schedule Against Sacramento State, UC Davis

SAN JOSE, Calif. - The San José State men's soccer team (2-2-3, 0-0-0 WAC) will take to the road this week for two final matches before WAC conference play begins next week. The Spartans will battle Sacramento State (3-5-0, 0-0-0 Big West) on Friday, Sept. 22 and the UC Davis Aggies (2-3-2, 0-0-0 Big West) on Sunday, Sept. 24. Both contests are scheduled to start at 4 p.m. and can be viewed on ESPN+

  • The Spartans earned four points last week with a 1-1 draw against Pacific and a 3-1 win over Santa Clara.

  • On Aug. 28, 2022, the Spartans lost 2-1 to the Hornets in Sacramento. Diego Delgadillo came off the bench to score the only goal for SJSU.

VS. UC DAVIS

  • The UC Davis Aggies are 2-3-2 this season and are coming off a 1-0 loss to Saint Mary's on Sunday.
