SAN JOSE, Calif. - San José State Athletics announces additional games on NBC Sports Bay Area for the winter and spring seasons on Friday. The Spartans will be featured on NBC Sports Bay Area for a record total of 15 contests in 2023-24, including men's and women's basketball games, baseball, softball, women's gymnastics, women's soccer and women's volleyball.

This marks the third season SJSU has partnered with NBC Sports Bay Area. In each of the last two seasons, SJSU has been a finalist for the Sports Video Group (SVG) College Media Awards for Most Outstanding Broadcast.

"We are excited to continue to grow our content on NBC Sports Bay Area and California," said Deputy Athletics Director Scott MacDonald. "Not only do we have a program-best 15 games being televised on this great regional sports network, but we will air the third season of The Charge, SJSU's all-access show, and the 2024 Sammy Awards in May."

SJSU will host Air Force on senior day for women's soccer on Oct. 22 at Noon and the women's volleyball team will host Wyoming on Nov. 4 at Noon on NBC Sports Bay Area. These two contests follow the men's soccer game versus then-No. 4 Stanford that was televised on Sept. 4 and the football game against Cal Poly on Sept. 9.

SJSU will televise baseball and softball for the second consecutive year, and those games will be announced after the New Year.
