SAN JOSE, Calif. - David Sweeney made five saves to lead the San José State men's soccer team (5-5-4, 2-2-1 WAC) in a 2-0 loss to California Baptist (5-4-2, 3-0-0 WAC) on Thursday night.
- Angel Iniguez and Anthony Guzman led the Spartans with two shots each.
- Guzman, Gaku Nishimura, Angel Fernandez and Josh Lucas all had shots on goal.
- Six Spartans played all 90 minutes.
- Both of CBU's goals came in the second half.
- The match was presented by Habana Cuba.
