Sweeney Leads Spartans in Loss to California Baptist


SAN JOSE, Calif. - David Sweeney made five saves to lead the San José State men's soccer team (5-5-4, 2-2-1 WAC) in a 2-0 loss to California Baptist (5-4-2, 3-0-0 WAC) on Thursday night.

UP NEXT: The Spartans will host Senior Day on Sunday against Grand Canyon. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. at the Spartan Soccer Complex and tickets can be purchased here; youth 12 and under get in free. The contest can also be viewed on WAC International.
