LONG BEACH, Calif. – Réka Kovács took fourth place in the 5k as the Spartans finished with 120 points to take second place at the MPSF Open Water Championships on Saturday.
- Kovacs finished the 5k in 1:01.20 to finish fourth and earn 50 points for the Spartans.
- Alice Ciobanu finished in sixth place after finishing the race in 1:01.46 for 46 points.
- Shyann Kissinger brought in the final 24 points for the Spartans after finishing in 17th place with a 1:04.10 time.
