This week finds the 11th-ranked San José State women’s golf team playing at the Illini Women’s Invitational at Medinah, being held at the famous Medinah Country Club, Course No. 2, in Medinah, Ill.

The Spartans will play 36 holes on Monday beginning with an 8:30 am shotgun start, followed by the final 18 holes on Tuesday beginning with a 9 a.m. shotgun start. The team will play with host Illinois and Georgia on Monday, starting on holes 1-3.
The field – San José State, Illinois, Alabama, Georgia, Houston, LSU, UNCW, Northwestern, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Ole Miss, SMU, TCU, Texas Tech.
San José State has finished in the top-four in the first two tournaments played this season – fourth at the very competitive ANNIKA Invitational and third at the Molly Collegiate Invitational.
This is the fifth year for the tournament, and the Spartans have played in all of them. Below are the team’s results and top finisher each year.
