Spartans Head To Montana For First Road Game of the Season

BOZEMAN, Mont. – The San José State women's basketball team (2-1, 0-0 MW) hits the road for the first time this season to take on Montana State (0-2, 0-0 Big Sky) on Tuesday night.

  • Moreland also pulled down seven rebounds for the second-straight game.
  • Jasmine Singleton had a career-high six steals.
  • Jyah LoVett is averaging 9.7 points and nearly three steals per game during her freshman season.
  • The Spartans are outscoring their opponents 139-112 through the first three quarters this season.
  • The SJSU defense is holding opponents to just 38-percent shooting from the field.
  • They are also forcing 22.6 turnovers per game at 11.6 steals per game.
