BERKELEY, Calif. – Jyah LoVett continued her stellar freshman season on Friday as San José State (3-3, 0-0 MW) came up short against Cal (6-0, 0-0 Pac-12) 74-51 in their first game in the Raising The B.A.R. Invitational.
- LoVett scored a new career-high 19 points, surpassing her previous high of 17, which she scored on Sunday
- Amhyia Moreland also finished in double digits with 12 points and adding five rebounds.
- Moreland went 5-of-6 from the field.
- Sabrina Ma neared a double-double with nine points and a career-high eight rebounds.
- LoVett and Ma each finished with a pair of steals.
