LITCHFIELD PARK, Ariz. – San José State sophomore Xuan Luo qualified for the 2023 Patriot All-America through special invitation based on his World Amateur Golf Ranking. The Patriot All-America will take place December 28-30 at the Wigwam Golf Club (Gold Course) in Litchfield Park, Ariz.
- Each player in the Patriot All-America will play in honor of a fallen soldier throughout the tournament.
- Luo's best finish was 33rd at the Alister MacKenzie Invitational with a three-under par 210 (68-69-73) in the fall of his sophomore season.
- He also had a 71.22 stroke average for nine rounds.
- He qualified for the 2023 US Amateur after winning his qualifier in Michigan with a five-under par 137 (65-72).
