Spartans Defeat Cal State East Bay And Simon Fraser University

HAYWARD, Calif. - Amelia Snyder placed first in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:54.89 and the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 5:03.81 to lead the San José State swim and dive team in their 117 to 86 win over Cal State East Bay and Simon Fraser University. 

  • Lais e Silva finished with a time of 24.12 in the 50-yard freestyle to take first place. 
  • Ela Freiman recorded a time of 4:30.82 in the 400-yard IM to finish first. 
  • Reka Kovacs took first in the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 2:08.54 
  • Vilma Lindberg placed first in the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:18.55. 
  • The 200-yard Medley Relay Team of Meagan Legarth, Lindberg, Kovacs, and e Silva took first place with a time of 1:46.55
