SAN FRANCISCO - The undefeated San José State women's tennis team (3-0, 0-0 Mountain West) will play the USF Dons (2-4, 0-0 WCC) on Wednesday, Feb. 14 at the Goldman Tennis Center. First serve is scheduled for 11 a.m.
- The Spartans are coming off an impressive win over Cal Poly in a battle of the unbeatens. The Spartans handed the Mustangs their first loss of the season with a 4-3 victory.
- Prior to the Cal Poly contest, the Spartans opened the season with wins over UC Riverside and Sacramento State.
- Carolina Millan and Cheuk Ying Shek were named the Mountain West Player of the Week and the Mountain West Freshman of the Week, respectively, on Jan. 31. after impressive performances in the opening week.
- Rozalina Youseva has yet to lose this season as she has recorded a combined 5-0 record in singles and doubles.
- Millan is a perfect 3-0 in the No. 1 singles flight.
- The No. 1 doubles pairing of Ying Shek and Irena Muradyan are also undefeated with a 3-0 record.
