SAN JOSE, Calif. – Hunter Dorraugh added to his home-total, while Robert Hamchuk and Nathan Cadena both secured three baggers as San José State (2-4, 0-0 MW) won game three 8-6 over Seattle U (3-4, 0-0 WAC) and secured the series win on Sunday afternoon.
- Dorraugh started off a seven-run fifth inning for the Spartans with a two-run blast, his second of the season and 28th of his career as a Spartan.
- Cadena went 3-for-4 at the plate with a one-run single and a two-out triple.
- His RBI brings his team-leading total to six on the season.
- Hamchuk recorded a pair of knocks with a triple that drove in two runs in the fifth inning.
- Jackson Forbes went 1-for-3 with an infield single and drew a walk.
- Kimo Fukofuka went 1-for-2 with two walks and drove in two runs.
- Nolan George earned the win out of the bullpen, pitching one and one-third innings.
- Joey Cammarata earned the save after one and one-third innings pitched with a pair of strikeouts.
- The Spartans drew nine walks off Seattle U pitching in the game.
