SAN JOSE, Calif. - Six swimmers and one diver will represent the San José State swim and dive team at the CSCAA National Invitational Championship in Ocala, Florida from March 14th - 17th.
- Vilma Lindberg, Lais e Silva, Ela Freiman, Reagan Mathieson, Quincy Key, Dalton Sickon, and Jenna Jagielski will all compete at the meet.
- Jagielski and Lindberg both received Mountain West weekly honors after their performance in the win against Fresno State.
- E Silva recorded the fifth-fastest 50-yard backstroke in SJSU history with a time of 25.41 during her split of the 3 x 50-yard backstroke relay.
- Jagielski set a school record and finished third in the 1-meter springboard with a score of 323.40 at the Mountain West Championships.
- Jagielski broke the school record in the 3-meter dive with a score of 349.60 to place third.
- Lindberg recorded the fourth-fastest 200-yard breaststroke in SJSU history with a time of 2:13.59.
- Freiman broke a school record and placed third in the 400-yard IM with a time of 4:19.07 at the Mizzou Invite.
- Freiman broke the school record in the 200-yard IM with a time of 2:00.28 to place fourth in the event.
- Mathieson finished tenth in the 200-yard freestyle final at the Mountain West Championships with a 1:49.09.
- The 400-yard relay team of e Silva, key, sickon, and Mathieson placed seventh overall at the Mountain West Championships with a time of 3:22.25.
