SAN JOSE, Calif. - San José State softball (11-14, 2-1 Mountain West) will resume conference play and be back on the road for a three game series against Boise State (21-13, 1-2 Mountain West) starting with the first game on Thursday, March 28 at 5:00 p.m. PDT from Boise, Idaho. All games can be seen on the Mountain West Network.

NEWS AND NOTES
- Reina Zermeno went 5-for-10 with one home run and four RBIs last weekend against LMU.
- Zermeno hit her team leading third home run of the season and also currently leads the team in batting average, hits, RBIs and slugging percentage.
- Taylor Squires went 2-for-4 with a home run, one RBI and two runs scored last Sunday against LMU.
- Squires home run was the first of her career as a spartan.
- Ahmiya Noriega had a pinch-hit RBI double in game two against LMU.
- Noriega is currently fourth in the Mountain West with three triples.
- Makenzie Hutchinson caught a runner stealing in game two against LMU, her second of the season.
- Alexis Toner pitched in all three games against LMU, she currently leads the team in appearances and ERA.
- Toner is currently third in the Mountain West with only nine walks allowed over 50 IP.
- The Spartans are currently tied for second in the Mountain West in triples with 10.
- The Spartans are 21-18 all-time against Boise State and 2-1 in their last three matchups.
