SAN JOSE, Calif. - San José State's Kristopher Stiles earned the Outstanding Black Student Athlete Award from SJSU's Black Leadership and Opportunity Center.
- Stiles has demonstrated outstanding leadership traits, community involvement, and/or activism within or local to the San José State community during the 2023-2024 academic year.
- The SJSU Black Leadership and Opportunity Center (BLOC) serves as a home for diverse backgrounds, voices, opinions, cultures, and experiences, working closely with SJSU's campus and local community.
- They provide services which aim to promote academic and personal success starting with recruitment through graduation.
- Stiles competed in seven-of-nine tournaments this season.
- He posted a scoring average of 73.19.
- Stiles tallied a pair of top-15 finishes, one at the Ka’anapali Classic Invitational, and one at the Oregon Duck Invitational.
