GREENSBORO, N.C. - Hunter Dorraugh was named to the 2024 ABCA/Rawlings West All-Region Second Team, announced by the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) on Tuesday. Dorraugh is the third Spartan to make an ABCA/Rawlings West All-Region team under head coach Brad Sanfilippo and the sixth Spartan overall to be named to the ABCA/Rawlings West All-Region Team.
Dorraugh is the all-time San José State career home run leader with 43 (47 in his career) and the SJSU all-time single-season career home run leader after hitting 18 this past season. He also batted .377 with 75 hits, 49 RBIs, nine doubles and two triples plus a slugging pct. of .714 for the Mountain West runner-ups.
In the Mountain West Championship game, Dorraugh hit an SJSU record four home runs with seven RBIs including a grand slam.
