SJSU's Lockhart and Rahimi Named to Shrine Bowl 1000 List

TAMPA, Fla. - San José State's Justin Lockhart and Robert "Rocket" Rahimi were named to the Shrine Bowl 1000 list, announced by the organization. The players are NFL draft eligible and could be chosen to compete in the 2025 East-West Shrine Bowl. This is the second year in a row Lockhart has been named to the Shrine Bowl 1000 list.

The East-West Shrine Bowl is the longest-running college all-star football game in the nation. An important part of America’s football tradition, the event gives top college players a chance to showcase their talents to NFL scouts and a national television audience. In 2023, Viliami "Junior" Fehoko and Nehemiah Shelton both played in the all-star game and both were on NFL teams last season.

The 2025 game will be played at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas on Jan. 30, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. (PT) on NFL Network.
