SJSU's Nick Nash Earns AFCA All-American First-Team Honors

WACO, Texas - San José State's Nick Nash was named to the 2024 AFCA FBS Coaches All-America First Team, announced by the organization on Friday.

Nash is the first San José State player to be named an AFCA Coaches All-American since Dwight Lowery in 2007 and only the second SJSU player to be named an AFCA Coaches All-American. He is the Spartans' first first-team All-American since Lowery and the first All-American since Viliami Fehoko was a Sporting News All-American in 2022.

Nash became the fourth player to earn the FBS college football receiving triple crown in the regular season by ending the year tops in the country in receptions, receiving yards, and receiving touchdowns.

The Biletnikoff Award Finalist finished the regular season with 104 receptions, 1,382 yards, and 16 receiving touchdowns. He also leads the country with 8.7 receptions per game and 115.2 yards per game. Nash also threw two touchdowns this season.
