HOUSTON, Texas—Vilma Lindberg finished 11th in the 100 breaststroke to lead the San José State women’s swimming and diving team on day three of the 2025 Credit Union 1 Mountain West Championships.
- Lindberg swam a 1:02.22 in the finals to finish in 11th in the 100 breaststroke.
- Veronica Gourley swam the eighth-fastest time in school history in the 100 butterfly at 54.87 to finish 19th.
- Luna Balbuena finished 21st with a season-best 55.16 in the 100 butterfly.
- Hailey Grotte swam her season-best in the 200 freestyle finals at 1:51.67.
- Ellie Shorten finished 20th in the 100 backstroke with a time of 55.49.
- The 200 freestyle relay team of Lais Gasparini e Silva, Quincy Key, Dalton Sickon and Hailey Grotte finished sixth at 1:31.97.
