COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Devyn Valuch leads a group of five San José State women’s gymnasts who have earned first or second team All-Mountain West honors for the 2025 season.
- First team in the All-Around
- Second in the MW in the all-around with a 38.915 NQS
- Tied for third-best score on beam in school history
- Won three all-around titles and one beam title
- MW Gymnast of the Week honors in February
- Second team on beam
- Fourth in the MW on the beam with a 9.850 NQS
- Four-time MW Freshman of the Week honors
- Competed on beam in 10 meets
- Recorded a 9.800 or better in seven meets
- Second team on vault
- 9.805 NQS on vault
- Recorded a 9.800 or higher in six meets
- Won the vault title in the first meet of the season
- Co-Vault Specialist of the Week once
- Second team on floor
- 9.820 NQS on floor
- Scored a 9.800 or better in six meets
- Second team on beam
- 9.825 NQS
- Tied for the second-highest score on beam in school history at 9.925
- Won the beam at the Wasatch Classic and a tri-meet at UC Davis
The Spartans host the 2025 Credit Union 1 Mountain West Championships this Saturday, March 22, inside the Provident Credit Union Event Center. The meet begins at 2 p.m., with doors opening at 12:30 p.m.
