COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—San José State women’s golfer Moa Andersson has been named the Mountain West women’s golfer of the week for her performance at the Juli Inkster at Meadow Club Invitational earlier this week.

- Finished ninth at the Juli Inkster at Meadow Club Invitational at 1-under 215
- Only one of nine players to shoot under par for the tournament
- Shot a 5-under 67 in the first round, her lowest round of the season and her Spartan career
- Added an even-par 72 in the final round
- Made seven birdies in the first round and was under par the entire round, making a birdie on her first hole, the par-5 #9
- Helped the Spartans finish in eighth place in a tournament that featured three of the top-five teams and six of the top-50 in the country
