SAN JOSE, Calif. - San José State wide receiver Danny Scudero has been named to the Associated Press midseason Second-Team All-America team, the organization announced.
Scudero currently leads the nation with 870 receiving yards and 124.3 receiving yards per game. He ranks second nationally with eight receiving touchdowns and fourth with 56 receptions, averaging eight catches per game.
In the Spartans’ game against Wyoming on October 11, Scudero set a program record with four receiving touchdowns, while recording 10 receptions for 180 yards.
Earlier this season, Scudero was named to the 2025 Biletnikoff Award Watch List, which recognizes college football’s most outstanding FBS receivers.
This marks the second consecutive season that a San José State wide receiver has earned AP midseason All-America honors. Nick Nash was selected to the First-Team in 2024.
