The San José State women’s basketball team returns to the Provident Credit Union Event Center this Thursday night for a non-conference match-up with Saint Mary’s, beginning at 7 p.m. Fans locally can watch on NBC Sports California. The game is also available on the Mountain West Network.
The game is the first of three in a seven-day span in the Bay Area. The Spartans play at California this Sunday, December 7, at 2 p.m., before returning home to host Bethesda next Wednesday, December 10, at 7 p.m.
RESCHEDULED GAME: The San José State-Bethesda game has been rescheduled for Wednesday, December 10, at 7 p.m., inside the Provident Credit Union Event Center. The game was moved after the November 10 game had to be postponed due to health concerns with the Bethesda program.
ABOUT SAINT MARY’S: The Gaels enter Thursday night’s game with a 5-4 record and a four-game losing streak after falling at No. 16 USC, 79-33, Tuesday night. SMC has wins over Wyoming (56-47), Chico State (67-49), San Francisco State (77-38), UC Riverside (51-41) and Nevada (56-50). Head coach Jeff Cammon is in his third season a the helm of the Gaels program.
