
SAN JOSE, Calif. — San José State University is proud to announce the season four second episode premiere of The Charge, the Spartans’ exclusive all-access athletics show, airing Sunday, December 7th at 2:30 p.m. on NBC Sports Bay Area.
This episode delivers a behind-the-scenes look at standout moments and fresh beginnings across SJSU Athletics. From championship achievements to historic milestones, fans will get an inside view of Spartan excellence both on and off the field.
Episode Highlights – Season 4, Episode 2:
- Wide Receiver U: The Spartans’ wide receiver corps delivered a record-setting 2025 season, led by Danny Scudero, who finished first in the nation in both receiving yards and receiving yards per game.
- Historic Leadership: Head men’s soccer coach Simon Tobin retires, closing out an illustrious career marked by competitive success and tremendous impact on the program.
- History-Making Men's Water Polo: San José State men’s water polo secures its second WCC Championship in three years, reinforcing the program’s rise as a conference powerhouse.
