
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - The Mountain West Conference has released an updated 2026 football conference opponent schedule following the addition of North Dakota State (NDSU) to the league.
While the conference landscape is evolving, the Spartans' slate of Mountain West Conference opponents remains the same as previously announced in December.
The Mountain West will announce specific dates and kickoff times for the 2026 regular season conference season at a later date.
Spring Game Update
In addition to the scheduling news, San José State has adjusted the date for its annual Spring Game. The showcase is now set for April 18 at CEFCU Stadium. Further details regarding kickoff time and fan activities will be released in the coming weeks.

San José State has won 11 of the last 13 meetings against the Lobos.
Northern Illinois (NIU)
The matchup marks the second meeting all-time and the first as Mountain West Conference opponents.
UNLV
The Spartans have won four of the last five contests against the Rebels.

SJSU has taken six of the last eight games versus the Cowboys.
